每次打豆漿都會有一堆的豆渣要處理 真討厭
能利用就盡量利用 用不完就只好仍了
這次趁著打豆漿就順便做幾個包子饅頭 利用一下豆渣
剛好也還有黑芝麻粉 就做了這個黑糖芝麻包子
造型就隨便玩玩囉
有刺蝟 兔子 老鼠 還有就是圓形的
我覺得我的豆渣可能放多了些 吃的時候還可以吃到豆渣的感覺
不過我倒是滿喜歡的
很好吃的包子 不會太甜 是我的養生早餐~
長耳朵的是兔子 有尾巴的是老鼠 可不要傻傻的分不清楚喔
有沒看到很飽滿的芝麻餡喔
饅頭~
中粉250g + 全麥粉50g + 豆渣100g
鹽1/2小匙 + 酵母1小匙 + 沙拉油1小匙
豆漿約130ml 視豆渣的含水量增減
黑糖芝麻餡~
黑芝麻粉100g + 黑糖50g + 一點開水混合不鬆散就可以
